Welcome to the ArrayCore at UC Davis, a fee-for-service laboratory located in 125 Robins Hall at the University of California Davis. We provide campus and outside researchers with a variety of services from our preprinted oligonucleotide glass arrays (Mouse, Human, Rat, Rice) to the development of novel arrays (protein, small molecule, SNP, etc.). Other services provided include cDNA synthesis, RNA quality/quantity assurance, RNA amplification, cDNA flourescent dye labeling, automated hybridization, laser scanning, and raw data acquisition.
